Rented a Wave Runner over the 4th, driver was late dropping it off and the wave runner was did not have all the right equipment, no big deal I was on vacation. Dropped the Wave runner off and was accused of removing the anchor that never existed and was charged for it. It took a few days and many calls with a very unfriendly office worker who accused me of lying, operating illegally and making off with their anchor before they agreed to drop the charge. The sad thing is I'm going to need to rent in the area again, so if someone knows of someone else who rents wave runners in the Irish Hills area let me know!
Amazing service. Great experience. We had no idea how to navigate or work the controls on the pantoon and they taught us with great patience. Helped us cast off and dock. The rental was spotless and well maintained. It even had a fish finder! I highly recommend this rental company.
